We do indeed work on an appointment only basis in our private lounge, to ensure you have the most perfect experience. You will have your very own dedicated stylist to look after you and match you to the most exquisite dresses for your special occasion -

Your visit to the studio will take around 60- 90minutes.
Matching your Accessories and Collection appointments take around 30 minutes.
Our double appointments for two leading ladies to visit together take up to 3hrs.

Our private lounge can accommodate yourself plus TWO guests joining you whose support means the most – this keeps your experience super focused, relaxed and not overwhelming with opinions.

Every woman has her own sense of style, and with a wide range of options ~ from flowing, relaxed silhouettes to more structured and formal designs ~ there will be something that fits beautifully and feels just right for your role on the day.

We recommend starting your search around 6–8 months before the wedding, allowing plenty of time to explore styles, secure your favourite look and make any alterations if needed.
As many of our pieces are available ‘off the peg’, you may find your outfit sooner ~ however, beginning earlier gives you the best choice of styles, sizes and colour ways, especially as many of our designs are limited in availability.
We also welcome two main waves of new season styles in early spring and early summer, which is when you’ll typically find the widest choice within our collection.
If you’re considering a made-to-order piece or accessories, such as hatinators, allowing additional time is always advised.
If your event date is sooner, please don’t worry ~ we’ll always do our best to help you find something you love within your timeframe.

Most of our occasion wear styles sit within the £400–£600 price range, with a small selection of pieces just below and just above this bracket ~ offering flexibility depending on the look you’re drawn to.
Alongside this, our hat, hatinator and fascinator hire service ranges from £30–£110, giving you the option to complete your outfit with a beautifully styled finishing touch.
During your appointment, our team will guide you through options that suit your style, your occasion and your budget.

The majority of our collection is available ‘off the peg’, meaning pieces are ready to take home on the same day. Where we are able to order an alternative size or colour way for you, this is arranged directly with our designers during your appointment.
For both in-store purchases and any special orders, full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your chosen piece. Please note that all items are sold as seen and are non-returnable.

Our main in-store collection typically ranges from UK10 to UK22, with a variety of styles designed to suit different preferences and silhouettes.
As many of our pieces are limited in availability, once a style sells through it is often unlikely to be restocked by the designer. For this reason, if you find something you love, we always recommend securing it during your visit ~ we’re unable to place items on hold.
If needed, we can also check with our designers for alternative sizes or colour ways, where available.

We have our recommended seamstress team that we can pop you in touch with ~ we will give you all of her details whilst you’re with us so that you can book your fittings directly around your diary.

The BOW lounge is located on the second floor of our Grade II listed townhouse in Newcastle city centre. As such, access is via stairs only.

Yes ~ there are a number of car parks and on-street parking options within easy walking distance of our Newcastle city centre townhouse - including 3 pay and display bays outside and a disabled bay.
We recommend allowing a little extra time ahead of your appointment to park and arrive relaxed. If you need specific directions or recommendations, our team will be happy to help ahead of your visit.
